Windermere Powerhouse Group Supports Local

There’s no question that Boise’s real estate market is sizzling hot. Throughout the pandemic, real estate has been deemed an essential business. Thus, there is no doubt the real estate groups in Midtown including Oliver O’Gara Real Estate Group, Lysi Bishop Realty, Urban Concepts, and Windermere Powerhouse Group have remained occupied throughout the past year.

Windermere Powerhouse Group agents have been busier than ever — adapting to virtual real estate, serving the many people relocating to Boise, and dedicating time to serving the community.

“We were aware of the need to support local and our agents embraced it,” says Tom Rebholtz, owner of Windermere Powerhouse Group.

With the COVID restrictions, Windermere thought outside-the-box regarding community involvement. They hosted a Donation Drive-Thru supporting the Boise Rescue Mission. Friends and clients dropped off school supplies from the safety of their car. In addition, Windermere donated to FACES of Hope and The Idaho Foodbank, both of whom had more needs than ever before.

Windermere’s donation stats are worth celebrating: 800 pounds of school supplies, 7 families having a Christmas, and 3000 meals served.

“We’re committed to keeping this a thriving community,” Tom says.
