Welcome, Tandem Diabetes!

Midtown officially has a new neighbor! After a year as residents of Midtown, medical equipment manufacturer Tandem Diabetes has completed and moved into its remodel of 1500 Shoreline Drive in the heart of Midtown.

The space is stunning. Over 90,000 square feet of office and meeting space designed to eventually accommodate about 500 employees. The result is a new level of positive energy in the neighborhood — with more still to come.

Before its transformation, the building was formally home to a big-box retailer and call center. Now, the space is fresh and modern. You can see the virtual ribbon cutting here.

Midtown Update

Midtown continues to progress and thrive. The Ash+River Townhomes are now complete and available for lease. VisitPay, Tandem Diabetes, and other companies have recently moved in. And local non-profits like Giraffe Laugh Learning Center and River of Life continue to enrich our community.
