Joining Midtown Summer 2021 – Green Acres Food Truck Park
We are excited to share that Green Acres Food Truck Park will be joining Midtown this summer at 1401 Shoreline.
Green Acres is headed by Midtown residents Anny and Sean Frampton. “When we moved to this area, we signed up for the Midtown Newsletter and stayed in tune with the different developments happening in the neighborhood. This led us to meet the team at River Shore Development, and we kept in touch as we had expressed interest in potentially opening up a business in the neighborhood. After finding out that the existing building on the lot was demolished last year, we worked with the RSD team and proposed a Food Truck Park concept and ended up leasing the lot!”
Why a food truck park? According to Anny, “We have always loved visiting food truck parks in different cities and think this area is the perfect spot for one! It is so close to downtown but right off the Greenbelt, where people can enjoy food from rotating trucks and enjoy being outside alongside the Boise River.”
Green Acres plans to open Memorial Day Weekend 2021 and will be at 1401 Shoreline for at least 2 years. It will join a community of food and beverage providers including Payette Brewing, Push and Pour, Americana Pizza, and the Boise Farmers Market.
